Xinhui Company Development History
In March 2004, Xiamen Yonghui Electronic Membrane Switch Management Department was established. At the beginning of the business, the area of rented rental houses for production sites was only 50 square meters, with only three employees. The founder of the company, Mr. Li, used to be the technical person in charge of the production department of a membrane switch factory in Shenzhen.
In February 2005, due to the increase in orders, the production site and personnel were insufficient, so the company moved to the No. 386 plant of Banshangshe, Huli District, Xiamen City, and added some production equipment and production lines, and added 8 technicians in the bank.
In July 2007, due to customer needs to issue value-added tax invoices, in order to facilitate registration and taxation, the name was changed to Xiamen Xinhui Electronics Co., Ltd., with 21 production personnel in the whole factory.
In August 2010, because the company had a new development plan and increased orders, it acquired and merged a membrane switch factory in Shenzhen, and leased a 2,300 square meter factory building in Shenzhen.
In November 2010, Shenzhen Xinhui Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established with 43 employees in the whole factory.
In May 2013, due to production needs, we purchased the first roll-to-roll full-automatic screen printing machine, which can print silver circuit/carbon circuit and film pattern printing on the entire roll of PET/PC material. At the same time, purchase a coil automatic die-cutting press. Start the company's automation equipment process.
In December 2017, due to production needs, three roll-to-roll automatic printing equipment were added, one of which was a CCD automatic register printing machine.
In September 2018, due to production needs, two CCD automatic nesting die-cutting presses were purchased.
In May 2021, due to production needs, two fully automatic sheet printing presses were purchased and a new 1,500 square meter production plant was rented.
The company now has a total area of 3800 square meters and 93 employees. The company has 52 automatic production equipment and semi-automatic production equipment, producing membrane switches, self-adhesive stickers, membrane gravity sensors, EMS massagers, membrane circuits, FPC, electric heating sheets and other products, which can produce about 3 million PCS per month.
