According to the development stage and application mode, low-carbon electric heating films can be divided into the following three categories:
(1) Electric heating film: the first generation of low-carbon electric heating film, laid on the roof;
(2) Electric heating wall film: the second generation of low-carbon electric heating film, laid on the wall;
(3) Electric heating film: the third-generation low-carbon electric heating film, laid on the ground. Compared with the previous two generations of low-carbon electric heating films, the third-generation low-carbon electric heating films have unique advantages such as simple construction, uniform heating, and health care (the feet are warm and the head is cool, which is in line with health preservation).
The low-carbon electric heating film heating system consists of: low-carbon electric heating film, T-type cable, insulated and waterproof quick plug, thermostat and temperature sensor.

In the aging test of 2100 hours, the shrinkage rate is less than 2%.
After testing, the performance and size of the low-carbon electric heating film remain unchanged after continuous operation for 26,000 hours when the surface temperature reaches 40°C.

The low-carbon electric heating film can operate safely in the environment of -20℃-80℃. After testing: the low-carbon electric heating film is repeatedly bent and stretched in an environment of -20°C, and there is no breaking phenomenon, and it still maintains its soft and durable performance.
